For the coming BRAIN & BRAIN PET 2017 Conference (http://www.brain2017.net) , which will be held in Berlin, Germany (April 1st - 4th 2017), Dr Beatriz Rodriguez-Grande’s abstract "Acute gliovascular phenotype depends on primary injury severity in a new juvenile Closed Head Injury with Long-term Disorders (CHILD) model" has been selected for an oral presentation and has been nominated for the prestigious Niels Lassen Award after reviewing by the society scientific board. For the same conference, Aleksandra Ichkova’s has been selected as a recipient for the Early Career Investigator Travel Bursary, to attend the meeting. Aleksandra’s abstract is entitled “Vascular reactivity changes of the intracortical blood vessels after juvenile traumatic brain injury".
